1 What’s the difference between Individual User and Enterprise User, and which should I select?

  • Individual User:
    • Sign up and pay for your own personal subscription.
    • Access is only for your account and is not tied to a company or team.
    • Choose this if you are using the app on your own and no one else is paying for you.
  • Enterprise User:
    • Your account is part of a team or company subscription purchased in bulk.
    • Access and billing are managed by your organization.
    • Choose this option only if your company or team has provided you with an invitation email to create your account.

  • Tip: If no one at a company gave you an account, select Individual User.

2 How do I cancel my individual user account?

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps based on your device:

For Android (Google Play):
  • Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  • Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
  • Select Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  • Find the app in the list and tap Cancel subscription.
For iPhone (App Store):
  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  • Tap your name at the top, then select Subscriptions.
  • Choose the app from your active subscriptions.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Note: RevenueCat manages subscriptions through the app stores, so you must cancel through Google Play or the App Store. Once canceled, your access remains active until the end of the billing period.

3 I thought I had an account, but the app says "User Account not active", what should I do?

If you get this error, please contact your company admin or contact us to check the status of your acccount to see if the account is active.

1 What subscription plans are available?

If you’re signing up on your own, you can start with our Free plan for essential load weight calculations, or upgrade to the Individual plan for just $10 per month to unlock all calculators, including Sling Tension and Force calculations, plus offline access.


For teams, access is managed through a built-in login system within the app. Your organization provides credentials to each user, so the team can securely use all calculators while keeping subscriptions centralized.


For Enterprise, no login is required. The app is distributed privately to your company’s devices through your Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, giving your organization full control without requiring individual user accounts.


Individual users can also watch for special promotions and offers to save on their subscription. Upgrade anytime to access advanced calculators and unlock the full power of our rigging tools.

2 How do I sign up for a team or company account?

To set up a team or company account, please contact our support team. We’ll work with you to understand your team size, specific requirements, and recommend the best plan for your organization. Once everything is set, we’ll get your team up and running quickly and efficiently.

1 How do I change or reset my password?

To change your password

  • If you are logged into the app, go to the Profile Tab and select "Manage Password".
  • If you are not logged into the app, open the app and click a link marked with a star and select "Enterprise User". Click the link, "Forgot your password?" and you will be prompted to enter your email. Check your email for a password reset link.

2 I received an invitation email to join the app — what should I do next?

You are an Enterprise User. To get started with the app, just follow these simple steps:

  • Download the app from the Play Store on your device.
  • Open the invitation email you received and click the "Verify Email" button.
  • Create a password when prompted.
  • Login to the app using your email and the password you just created.
  • Use these credentials to login as an Enterprise User.

3 How can i delete my account information?

  • Enterprise Users:
    • Contact your company or team administrator to have your account deleted.
  • Individual Users:
    • Go to Account Settings > Delete Account in the app to remove your account.
    • If you run into any issues, contact our support team for help.

4 I get an error that I am already logged in.

  • On the login screen, tap SEND RESET LINK.
  • Check your email for the reset message.
  • Open the email on the same device that has the app installed and click the reset link to update your login.
  • After completing the reset, try logging in again.
  • 1 How can I bulk upload enterprise users?

    • Create an Excel file with **three column headers exactly as shown, including capitalization** :
      FirstName, LastName, Email
    • Enter each user's information on a separate row, filling in the first name, last name, and email under the corresponding column.
    • Save the file as bulkupload.xlsx.
    • In the admin panel under Enterprise User Management, click the button "Add Bulk Users" and select your bulkupload.xlsx file to upload.
